We provide temporary employee services for clients in need of a supplemental workforce for a limited time.

Contract to Hire

We provide employees that are on our payroll for a set time period allowing the option of hiring them directly.

Head Hunter Services

When a client has an open position they need help filling, we can help lead a search for a qualified candidate.

Custom Services

If a client has needs that are outside of our standard service offering, we are willing to work with them to determine what is best to fit their individual needs. Providing custom service is how we provide optimal value to our clients.

Our Team

John Braden Harper
President

John purchased M&M Staffing in Feb 2019. He graduated from Giles County High School in 1987 and received his BS in Accounting from MTSU in 1991. He resides in Pulaski with his 2 children, Jensen who is a Sr. at UTK and Jack a Sr. at Giles County High School

Cree Holt
Recruiter

Cree Holt has been in the industry for 3 years as a Recruiter, some of her previous experience includes being a HR Coordinator for 3 years. Cree measures her achievement in lasting relationships she harbors with her clients. She treasures the lasting commitment M & M Staffing family is known for by going above and beyond for her clients and employees and continues their relationship long after the work is done. Cree cherishes the value in learning and directing and finds much success in doing so. Cree genuinely enjoys linking potential employees to their dream jobs and she is a great asset when trying to find the best candidate in their perspective field. Cree lives in Pulaski with her 9 yr old daughter.

Mercedes Houston

Recruiter

Mercedes joined M & M Staffing in August 2018. She was born and raised here in Giles County, TN. She graduated from Giles County High School in 2010 and then went to TCAT Pulaski to get a degree in Administrative assistant. She has a 3 yr. old baby – who is her world. Mercedes joined the team to further advance her skills and has moved from a role as Administrative Assistant to a recruiter. Mercedes is a person who goes out of her way to learn as much of process, requirements and challenges of all positions and aspects of the staffing industry to ensure that she can assist in recruiting the right candidate with the right position.
