Immediate Opening for a Facility Maintenance Technician.
Requirements for this position include:
Must possess a valid driver's license, must be able to lift weights up to 50lbs, and must have knowledge of OSHA requirements and regulations relating to safety standards.

Facilities maintenance tech will perform a variety of routine and skilled tasks involving general maintenance of shop equipment, machinery and facility in a Fabrication/Machine shop.
Candidate must be able to setup, test, troubleshoot, repair and maintain company machinery and equipment. Perform diagnostic tests for routine maintenance procedures and determine a course of action for damaged parts, equipment and machines. Must have knowledge in electrical wiring and basic plumbing, Candidate must be able to read and comprehend written materials, interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.

Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

M & M Staffing LLC is looking to fill a full- time Waterjer Laser Programmer. The position is located in Pulaski and the pay is based upon experience. The candidate will assist in estimating, scheduling and implementing specific customer jobs.  Prepare drawings and specifications for customer approval, write proposals, evaluate and implement capital projects, research and evaluate new equipment and write programs to operate the Waterjet cutting table.  Candidate will work with a team of Project Coordinators, contributing to and supporting growth efforts in a fast paced shop environment. The candidate will also need to have knowledge in the following:

• Write and optimize Waterject programs and drawings for CNC cuttings.

• Proficient in reading/understanding blueprints, schematics

• Experience with nesting of software i.e. SigmaNEST

• Ability to see projects through to completion, meeting or exceeding project due dates

• Flexibility and competency in handing multiple project simultaneously

• Maintaining documents for all projects

• Ensuring compliance of all relevant company policies, procedures and objectives

• All other duties as assigned

M & M Staffing LLC is looking to fill a General Laborer position. The position is located  in Pulaski and the hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday- Friday with occasional overtime as requested. Candidate will be working with local HVAC company assisting the crews doing duct work for them. 

Full-time positions located in Pulaski, TN. Candidates must be able to perform ASME IX welding in SMAW, GMAW and GTAW on pipe, structural steel and plate. Must be familiar with stationary cutting tools, basic math, ability to read and understand engineering drawings, good communication skills and strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement. Must be able to pass weld test and must be able to read and understand blueprints, handle large weldment assemblies and heavy and light steel fabrication and welding. Able to layout complex weldments without the aid of fixtures. Weld in all positions. Knowledge of general industrial construction. Knowledge of general safety requirements for industrial installations. Pay will be dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Full-time positions are located in Pulaski, TN. Applicants must have their original High School Diploma or GED. You must pass a pre-employment labor assessment and drug screen. You must also be willing and able to work any shift. Pay is $17 with a $.20 shift premium if you are on 2nd or 3rd shift; while temporary. Applicants must have a clean background for the last 12 months and a solid employment history. You must have experience working in an industrial field.
